Case Details

Originally missing from Yellowstone National Park, the bodies of Tylee Ryan and her brother JJ Vallow were found in Salem, Idaho, and Yellowstone was deemed not to be a place of interest in the case months after the investigation focused on receiving assistance from Yellowstone visitors in order to establish a timeline of events. Tylee’s brother was originally listed in connection with this disappearance, but based on numerous and verified reports that have placed JJ in a “last known location” other than Yellowstone National Park, it is in the interest of accuracy that we delist JJ’s record and maintain the established link connecting Tylee with Yellowstone National Park. Both JJ and Tylee’s remains were found, and we will update this report with updates from the case against those who have been deemed persons of interest in connection with the murders of JJ and Tylee.
