Judd was last seen on July 25, 2021, on a day hike from his camp, near Lower Merced Pass Lake, to Red Peak Pass. He was reportedly using white trekking pols with a navy blue day pack. He is 69 years old and was wearing the clothing pictured. Judd is 5 ft 11 in and 150 pounds with brown eyes, short graying hair and a beard.
