According to source, ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — The search continues for Brent Gibson, a missing Vinton man who was last seen a week from March 3, 2021. According to the National Park Service, 26-year-old Gibson was last known to be at the Roanoke River Overlook, which is where his vehicle was discovered on March 3, 2021. Those searching for Gibson say his belongings were found inside of the vehicle. According to officials, Gibson is a white man who is 6’5″ tall and weighs approximately 240 pounds. Gibson’s family believes he may be in Roanoke, Vinton, or Bedford County. Meanwhile, authorities say multiple emergency management agencies around the Roanoke area are assisting in the ongoing missing person search for Gibson.
