Skeletal remains of an unidentified male, proximate age being late teens to early 30s, were found on March 24, 2005. The remains were found in a tree farm/forested area of Estacada, Oregon, close to Clear Creek, and about 13.6 miles from the border of Mount Hood National Forest.
Investigators believe the remains may have been in that location for years, and possibly buried - foul play has been considered a possibility for this person's death.
The Sherriff's Office has little information to work with in order to identify these remains, and have released the clothing information, accessories, jewelry, and the location where the body was found to the public. They are asking those who might have any information to provide the investigators with any relevant tips, and to refer to case number 05-11144.
