Reason for listing

We have listed this case due to the list of agencies charged with management of the land near the area of the person listed. Lake Russell is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, but the Lake Russell Campground, a 100-acre lake, is located adjacent to the Lake Russell Wildlife Management Area. There are also known partnerships with other governmental agencies for this location.
